There have been several of these diners I've seen across several channels mention being shut down during Covid for lengthy time frames. I hope those states have, or will, take a serious look at those in office at the state level that imposed those types of restrictions on their citizens. I'm glad that many of these places simply changed hands during/after that attack on independent businesses, but I know many more were put out of business permanently, seemingly by design. Support businesses like the ones featured on this channel, and never let your elected officials (worse yet, unelected) tell law abiding, healthy citizens that they cannot move about freely. If you disagree or have concerns with that, you are quite free to impose restrictions on yourself.
